received both email & texted messages re delivery.

Since got both, and seem absolutely fine. I am a first time user of CBDs and yeah so far so good. Would recommend.

super inflexible customer service, refused to help with an order. the coffee drink is vile so bitter - wont ever buy again

Recipient happy with the products that was delivered to them, hence the two stars.
The downside to this company is that there is no communication from them - via email or text message.
Just to make people aware, cancellation or return of products is not possible.
So if there is any issues that arise from placing an order with this company, don’t expect any communication.

This is a great substitute for a glass of wine or a gin and tonic!

I am now 8 days waiting for an order. I’ve spent over £50, money left my account when purchased directly through website but no delivery. I have left FB message, Insta message, text message and email but no reply. There is no phone number, very disappointed. I just want a refund now

Delivery was very efficient, the flavours are all nice, felt somewhat relaxed afterwards. Looking to replace alcohol and think I'll be buying more of these. The stickers are a nice touch!

I feel conned

Pretty annoying that they hike prices up massively online, feel like ive been scammed.

They are selling a 24 pack for £56 and make you think you are getting a good deal when they put it on “sale” for £36. But you can buy 24 cans in asda for £39 full price, without any offers on.

I dont feel this is fair at all, i want to know why they are charging this amount before i contact trading standards.

I want a refund ASAP, because I feel totally conned. Nobody replies on social media yet you continue to post, its bad customer service and its clear you avoid replying.

This company are scammers and you can save big bucks if you go into the shops to get them. Do not fall for it!

They will try charge you nearly £60 for a multipack you can get for £36 in the shops. They pretend products they put on sale are a good discount at £39 but even with a discount you would be cheaper going to the shops!!!

Dont fall into the hype. These products are 15mg cbd has not been proven to do anything. Its a placebo. If you want to buy expensive flavoured water than go ahead. I have contacted trading standards and wont quit till I get a refund and until people know what an awful company this is!!

I bought TRIP CBD oil 100mg in orange blossom, hoping that it would improve my sleep. I originally tried with a few drops but eventually increased to around 6 drops. I felt slightly more relaxed but didn’t help me get to sleep at all. Positives is that the flavour is nice and the bottle is cute however, not fit for my purpose.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Dangerous product!!!!

This company has refused to show its lab reports and won’t comment on if it contains heavy metals including lead, arsenic and mercury! 40% of CBD oils on the market contain these and the ones who show their lab reports are the only ones we can trust.

Please do not buy this. Invest in a more expensive high quality one, its not worth your health!

Absolutely love these. I’ve tried about 30 of them now to ensure I could give a proper review.
What I’ve found is these mellow me and slow down the chaos of life.
Things like lightings and sounds aren’t nearly as intense.
If you struggle with feeling anxious or just a bit tense during daily life, these take that edge off.
I’ve also found that if I’m struggling to switch off, one of these before bed gives me an amazing nights sleep.

I’m definitely ordering more and would love to cry the coffee ones too.

Refused to cancel my order as it had already 'gone to their warehouse' but I believe they also refuse to refund once they arrive. Tried the drinks and oil as we'd been left to use them, but our first night using was more restless than without. We've now got a crate and a half of drinks and 2 bottles of oil to dispose of. £130 down the drain

Pleasantly surprised
Delivery was super quick and my husband was abit sceptical of the drinks and drops. We ordered the starter pack and tried all the drinks and the flavours were really nice. Next was the oil and we both need to sleep better at night and the oil has really helped us doze off and have a better quality sleep!! I wake up feeling like I have a good sleep. Will definitely be ordering more.

I had been reading about the benefits of CBD oil for a while and it hasn't disappointed.
I am definitely sleeping better, even with young children and broken sleep, I am waking up feeling I have had better quality sleep.
I also find the afternoon school run, straight from work, very stressful and I can then be short tempered with the kids, this has definitely reduced.

I have just started taking Trip CBD oil and I think it will take a while for it to take effect. I have taken other brands which didn't do much and the taste wasn't very nice, however Trip tastes nice and I have every confidence that it will kick in soon.I would recommend the oil and I will be testing the drinks next.
